The room was huge with a fairly clean bathroom and views of sea. Extra touches like an individual safe, climate control, and a coffee/tea maker were a treat, staff were affable and hospitable.

I always stay here because it feels like home. The friendly staff even helped me with my suitcases on my first visit. It has everything I need, like free Wi-Fi, a bar, a TV, and they allow pets. Can't wait to come back for Easter!

We truly felt like we got our money's worth at this hotel. The room was clean, attractive, and had a spacious bathroom. The location was brilliant, right in the heart of Ortigia. The staff, especially Anna and Salvi, were charming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Breakfast delights, but the alternative Viola bar didn't quite live up to the homemade goodness we experienced at the Cafe across from the Duomo.
